The gist of our terms and conditions is, play nice, be fair, don't break the law, don't steal our copyright and we can change our terms and conditions any time we need to. 

Below is our terms and conditions in full, complete with legal lingo. 

1.1. We reserve the rights to update our terms and conditions at any time without giving notice. 

1.2. By browsing or, or any graphical domain (including placing orders), you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. 

1.3. Your use of the service or this website after any revisions have been made constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

2.2. The terms 'LittleStreams', 'we' and 'us' shall refer to LittleStreams Ltd, the owner of this website. The terms 'you', 'your' and 'yourself' shall refer to the user of the website. 

2.3. LittleStreams is the data controller within the definition of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


3. Services and Copyright

3.1. The main service LittleStreams offers is high quality, digital resources for teachers and educators. We call this our 'digital service'. Our resources are available through our website, and online stores such as Tes and Teachers Pay Teachers. 

3.2. We reserve the right to introduce physical products within our service in the future and we will call this our 'goods service'. 

3.3. We reserve the right to offer a membership service to schools where they have access to all present and future resources for an annual fee. We call this service our 'membership service'.

3.4. We reserve the right to change the price and availability of any of our services for any reason and without notice.

3.5. We are not responsible for non-delivery or technical limitations of the user. However we will endeavour to support users in any way possible. If you have any issues please contact us on or go to our FAQ section for more help.  

3.6. LittleStreams will always correct content where mistakes are found, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any content provided, and it is up to you to verify and be satisfied with the material you download. 3.7. All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, digital downloads, data compilations and software) is the property of LittleStreams Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and database rights laws. It may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the express permission from the company directors of LittleStreams Ltd.


4. Accounts

4.1. Certain aspects of the Services may require you to register and provide information about yourself. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, maintain and promptly update the registration data (by emailing Us) to keep it true, accurate and up to date. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by your non-compliance with this provision.

4.3. Your member account is strictly for your personal use only and you may not use your account to download and print for anyone else.

4.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify LittleStreams of any unauthorised use of your password or account and any other breach of security. Please ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session and don't use remember password options on shared computers. LittleStreams cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.


5. Conduct

5.1. You can contribute to our website and service in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, the leaving of reviews, interaction with our social media accounts and blog, contacting us via email. 

5.2. LittleStreams accepts no responsibility for, and does not guarantee the the accuracy and integrity of, any content placed on our website by you or any third party. 

5.3. You acknowledge that by using the service, you may come across some content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Should you come across a content problem, please email us at with subject heading 'content problem', or use our contact form.


5.4 You agree to not use the service, either on the website or our social media, to:

5.4.2 Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a LittleStreams member of staff, social media moderator, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

5.4.3 Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.

5.4.4 Post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

5.4.5 Post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trade mark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

5.4.8 Post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

5.4.9 Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service.

5.4.10 Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation.

5.4.11 Collect or store personal data about other users.

5.4.12 Post content which refers to individual schools, colleges or agencies - or their staff - whether by name, or identifiable by a pseudonym or any other means.

5.4.13 Advertise any job vacancies in any area of the Website unless the company directors of LittleStreams expressly agree that you may do so.


5.5 LittleStreams does not pre-screen Content that you post on the website or social media accounts, but that LittleStreams and people designated by it shall have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor communications that occur through, and posts made to, the website and linked social media sites. If LittleStreams determines that you or another user have breached these Terms and Conditions or that any content is inappropriate or otherwise objectionable, LittleStreams may refuse to accept or may remove any content from the website or social media sites, without any liability to you or a third party.

6.2 By contacting us, you acknowledge that it is in our legitimate interest to respond via electronic communications. This may be by email, by notices posted on our website or via our social media accounts. In accordance with UK and European direct marketing regulations and GDPR (2018), we will never send you e-marketing communications without your consent. You also accept that any agreements, notices, disclosures or other communications which we send you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications must be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.


7. Liability and Losses

7.1. We will not be held responsible if we cannot comply with these conditions due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control ('force majeure' etc).

7.2. Nor will LittleStreams be held responsible for any business loss (loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when use of this site commenced or when a contract for the sale of goods was formed. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
