3.1. The main service LittleStreams offers is high quality, digital resources for teachers and educators. We call this our 'digital service'. Our resources are available through our website, and online stores such as Tes and Teachers Pay Teachers.
3.2. We reserve the right to introduce physical products within our service in the future and we will call this our 'goods service'.
3.3. We reserve the right to offer a membership service to schools where they have access to all present and future resources for an annual fee. We call this service our 'membership service'.
3.4. We reserve the right to change the price and availability of any of our services for any reason and without notice.

LittleStreams will always correct content where mistakes are found, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of any content provided, and it is up to you to verify and be satisfied with the material you download. 4. Accounts
4.1. Certain aspects of the Services may require you to register and provide information about yourself. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, maintain and promptly update the registration data (by emailing Us) to keep it true, accurate and up to date. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by your non-compliance with this provision.

4.3. Your member account is strictly for your personal use only and you may not use your account to download and print for anyone else.

Please ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session and don't use remember password options on shared computers. LittleStreams cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

5.1. You can contribute to our website and service in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, the leaving of reviews, interaction with our social media accounts and blog, contacting us via email.
5.2. LittleStreams accepts no responsibility for, and does not guarantee the the accuracy and integrity of, any content placed on our website by you or any third party.
5.3. You acknowledge that by using the service, you may come across some content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Should you come across a content problem, please email us at contact@littlestreams.co.uk with subject heading 'content problem', or use our contact form.

5.4.12 Post content which refers to individual schools, colleges or agencies - or their staff - whether by name, or identifiable by a pseudonym or any other means.
5.4.13 Advertise any job vacancies in any area of the Website unless the company directors of LittleStreams expressly agree that you may do so.
5.5 LittleStreams does not pre-screen Content that you post on the website or social media accounts, but that LittleStreams and people designated by it shall have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor communications that occur through, and posts made to, the website and linked social media sites. If LittleStreams determines that you or another user have breached these Terms and Conditions or that any content is inappropriate or otherwise objectionable, LittleStreams may refuse to accept or may remove any content from the website or social media sites, without any liability to you or a third party.

6.2 By contacting us, you acknowledge that it is in our legitimate interest to respond via electronic communications. This may be by email, by notices posted on our website or via our social media accounts. In accordance with UK and European direct marketing regulations and GDPR (2018), we will never send you e-marketing communications without your consent. You also accept that any agreements, notices, disclosures or other communications which we send you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications must be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Liability and Losses
7.1. We will not be held responsible if we cannot comply with these conditions due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control ('force majeure' etc).
7.2. Nor will LittleStreams be held responsible for any business loss (loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when use of this site commenced or when a contract for the sale of goods was formed. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
