How do I purchase a product?
Simply click 'add to cart' and your product will be added to your cart. When you have browsed the site and chosen every resource you'd like, scroll to the top of the screen and click 'cart', then 'proceed to checkout'. From here follow the onscreen instructions.
Do I have to input my details every time?
If you register, the website will store your information. Simply login in the first stage, then click the enter new address drop down. Your current address should be available as an option.
I have a coupon or gift certificate. How do I use it?
In the 'Order Summary' part part of the website there is an option listed 'coupon/gift certificate' click this and enter the code.
How do I access my resources?
When you first purchase your resources, there should be a link to download the resources immediately. You will also be emailed with a link to download your resources.
I've lost my email and my resource. Can you help me?
If you wish to come back to any resources at a later date, log in at the top of the front page, and you will be taken to your account. Here you can find your previous orders. Click on the order than contains the resource you wish to redownload, find this resource, then click the downward facing arrow to redownload the product.
Is there a limit on the number of times I can download my resource?
No time limit, and no download limit number. Download as often as you'd like. All we ask is that you don't share the resource with anyone else. Multiple licences are available via the buy in bulk option.
How do I buy multiple licences for my school?
Select the quantity for the number of licences you wish to buy. Each additional licence is available at half the original price.
I have already purchased from you but now wish to purchase additional licences. How can I do this?
Click on 'messages' within the 'my account' section of the website and select the order number pertaining to the resource you want additional licences for. Specify the number of additional licences you'd like, and we will send you a special coupon to allow you to make this transaction, giving you the appropriate discount.
How do I change the currency?
In the top left hand corner is an option to select currency. The default is Great Britain Pounds. However, you can also choose US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Euros. If your currency isn't available, contact us and we will look into incorporating it.
Can I ask for a refund?
Because of the nature of the business, being a digital goods store, we cannot ordinarily offer you a refund. If you have a technical problem with the resource, see our Frequently Asked Questions, Technical Queries section, or contact us. If you have any other issue with the resource, contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the issue.
I bought an individual product that is in a bundle. Can I get a discount on the bundle?
Of course you can. Just purchase the bundle then send us a message via your account linked to the order and we will refund the cost of the individual resource.
